Sayso collects voice recordings you make through the app, transcribed text, job details, and account information (email, company name). Voice recordings are processed by OpenAI for transcription and structuring.
Voice recordings are used to generate work orders, inventory requests, and customer notes. Data is stored to provide job history search. We do not sell your data. We do not use your voice data to train AI models.
Voice recordings are automatically deleted 30 days after creation. Structured job data (work orders, notes) is retained for the life of your account.
We use OpenAI for voice transcription and AI structuring, Supabase for data storage, and Paddle for payment processing. Each service has its own privacy policy.
